At Serenora, we strive to provide quality products and a great shopping experience. If there is any issue with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept return or replacement requests within 3 days of delivery if:
- The product received is damaged or defective.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product has a significant quality issue.
To request a return, please contact us with your order details and clear photos/videos of the issue.
Customized & Hand-Finished Products
Many of our wooden products are handcrafted, customized, or finished after an order is placed. Due to the nature of these products, returns for change of mind, personal preference, or minor variations in wood grain, color, or finish may not be accepted.
However, if there is a genuine issue with the product, we will review the case and work towards a fair solution.
Jewellery Products
For hygiene and quality reasons, jewellery items may not be eligible for return after use. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Refunds
Once a return request is reviewed and approved, we may offer:
- A replacement product,
- Store credit,
- Partial refund, or
- Full refund (depending on the nature of the issue).
Refunds, if approved, are usually processed within 5–7 business days.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched or customization work has started, cancellation may not be possible.
